Appreciating the timely information provided by Professor Dr. Adela Segui, we would respectfully share, by way of diffusion, the following information regarding the National Conference of Law Civil, to be held in Tucumán 29 and September 30 and October 1 next year.
In the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, twenty days September, two thousand ten, at the headquarters of the Institute of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, Meet: Mendez Eduardo Sierra and Nelson Cossari (Faculty of Law and Social Sciences Rosario UCA), Sandra Analía Frustagli (Faculty of Law at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario), Juan Carlos Palmero (Faculty of Law, National University of Cordoba ), Luis Leiva Fernandez (Universidad Nacional de La Plata), Robinson Rodriguez (Universidad Catolica de Salta), Edgardo López Herrera (Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino), Hugo A. Acciarri (Universidad Nacional del Sur, Bahía Blanca), Amanda Kees (Faculty of Law at the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, Corrientes) Ernesto C. Wayar (Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at National University Tucumán), Enrique Pita (Faculty of Law and Social Sciences Universidad Nacional del Litoral), Graciela Gutierrez Star Messina (permanent member of the Conference Board.) Was the treatment of different themes for the commissions of the National Civil Law Conference to be held next year in this city and after much debate, approved the following:

7. Succession Committee:
Statean estate and postcomunitaria.
8. Consumer Commission:
The legal category of "consumer."
9. Interdisciplinary Committee:
Patients' rights.
10. Law Commission on Private International .
contractual obligations in the private international law.
11. Comparative Law:
minimum Bases for a Latin American contracts code.
12. Romano Law Commission:
Lex Aquili and tort liability. The concept of compensable harm and its extent.
13. Committee on Legal Education:
The case method. Possibilities and limits.
14. Students Committee:
remains in charge of the Commission Organizing the choice of topics and modalities of participation.
It is understood that these are reported in order to the provisions of art. 1, second paragraph, the rules of the Conference, the request made by the Institutes of the law faculties of Southern University and the Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano joining as members of the National Conference of Civil Law.
the conference date is set for the 29th and 30th September and 1st. October 2011.
